El blog amplia-mente.com nació en agosto de 2013 casi sin ruido e impulsado por la necesidad personal de sus dos autores de recopilar novedades surgidas en la medicina en general y en la medicina legal y forense en particular. La trascendencia social del trabajo diario como médicos forenses de sus autores obliga a una actualización constante de los conocimientos profesionales a aplicar en unos informes que de una manera u otra influirán en la vida de aquellos ciudadanos que demandan la Administración de Justicia en sus diferentes jurisdicciones.

Amplia-mente.com was born in August 2013 almost without noise and driven by the personal need of its two authors to collect news that have emerged in medicine in general and in legal and forensic medicine in particular. The social significance of the daily work as forensic doctors of its authors forces a constant updating of professional knowledge to be applied in some reports that in one way or another will influence the life of those citizens who demand the Administration of Justice in their different jurisdictions.
Dicha recopilación empezó a quedar plasmada en el blog que hoy despedimos. No se trata de un cese de actividad de manera estricta. Al igual que en sus comienzos vino a rellenar, en la medida de sus posibilidades, un pequeño hueco vacÃo en la web pues no existÃan recopilaciones de contenidos similares en castellano; hoy Amplia-mente.com migra a un formato de trabajo mas acorde con la Internet 3.0 en la que la información es multidireccional y permite una interacción plena entre emisores y receptores, perdiéndose en cierta medida la linea divisora que viene a trazar un blog o cualquier tipo de formato estático, de modo que todos los implicados recibirán y emitirán la información sobre el tema a tratar.

Just as in its beginnings, it came to fill, as far as possible, a small empty space in the web since there were no compilations of similar contents in Spanish; today Amplia-mente.com migrates to a working format more in line with Internet 3.0 in which the information is multidirectional and allows a full interaction between transmitters and receivers, losing to some extent the dividing line that comes to draw a blog or any kind of static format, so that all involved will receive and broadcast the information on the subject to be discussed.
La migración de las costumbres de uso de Internet ha hecho que a dÃa de hoy el usuario busque antes en las redes sociales que en los buscadores tradicionales. Ello, en realidad, facilita bastante que la persona que necesita información acuda directamente a la fuente y con ello pueda discriminar en la medida de sus posibilidades los contenidos que recibe. Aquellas personas que han venido utilizando el blog para estar al tanto de las novedades editoriales dentro de la medicina legal y sus disciplinas asociadas podrán, por tanto, seguir haciéndolo aunque de una manera más directa e interactiva.
The migration of Internet usage habits has meant that today the user searches in social networks earlier than in traditional search engines. This, in fact, makes it much easier for the person who needs information to go directly to the source and thus be able to discriminate as far as possible the content they receive. Those people who have been using the blog to keep up with the latest editorial news within legal medicine and its associated disciplines will therefore be able to continue doing so, although in a more direct and interactive way.
Amplia-mente no cierra, solo cambia de formato. El tiempo necesario para buscar novedades editoriales publicadas en las revistas cientÃficas y posteriormente comentarlas en el blog, nos hacÃa imposible mantener este formato. Por ello seguiremos junto a todos ustedes en LinkedIn, Instagram y en un blog en el que iremos referenciando dichos artÃculos cientÃficos pero sin comentarlos. Asà se podrán mantener nuestros lectores actualizados en las diversas materias que siempre hemos tratado (psiquiatrÃa forense, patologÃa forense, drogas de abuso, violencia de género, entre otros temas).  Además en la nueva plataforma a la que migramos, podrán encontrar todos los post antiguos que desde hace ya más de 7 años venimos publicando y que seguro que muchos de ustedes utilizan a modo de búsqueda bibliográfica de apoyo en su trabajo diario.
Amplia-mente does not close, only changes format. The time needed to search for editorial news published in scientific journals and then comment on the blog, made it impossible for us to maintain this format. That is why we will continue with all of you in LinkedIn, Instagram and in a blog in which we will be referencing these scientific articles but without commenting on them. In this way, our readers will be able to keep updated on the different subjects we have always dealt with (forensic psychiatry, forensic pathology, drugs of abuse, gender violence, among other topics). Â Furthermore, in the new platform to which we have migrated, you will be able to find all the old posts that we have been publishing for more than 7 years and that many of you will surely use as a bibliographic search to support your daily work.
Parece que fue ayer, cuando el dÃa 19 de Agosto de 2013 nos asomamos a la ventana de internet para decirles hola desde Málaga (España) y tras estos 7 años y más de 700 artÃculos publicados, no les queremos decir adios, si no que les emplazamos a que nos sigan en otras plataformas y medios digitales.
