Cuerpo desaparecido, investigación dificultada
Comienza al fin el mediático juicio del caso Diana Quer, en el que La fiscal pide prisión permanente revisable para “El Chicle” por el asesinato de la misma.

The media judgment of the Diana Quer case begins at last, in which the prosecutor asks for a reviewable permanent prison for «El Chicle» for the murder.
Durante la vista, se están revelando datos espeluznantes sobre las terroríficas últimas horas de vida de Diana, en las que tras ser secuestrada, fue sometida a una agresión sexual durante una hora en un ambiente espeluznante, previamente preparado al efecto, para posteriormente arrebatarle la vida mediante estrangulamiento.
During the court hearing, spooky facts are being revealed about Diana’s last hours of terrifying life, in which, after being kidnapped, she was subjected to sexual aggression for an hour in a spooky environment, previously prepared for the purpose, and then taken her life by strangulation.
Como podemos leer en el enlace adjunto, el presunto autor, una vez arrebatada la vida de la única persona que sabía lo que había ocurrido en aquel lóbrego sótano de la nave industrial de Asados, debía hacer desaparecer el rastro de los hechos presuntamente cometidos. La conciencia forense del mismo, no sabemos si por su amplia experiencia judicial como el depredador sexual que es considerado por los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad o por la enorme entrada de datos a la que nos vemos sometidos en la era del Internet 3.0, en la que casi cualquiera puede acceder a conocer importantes datos sobre protocolos de investigación; hizo que se plantease hacer desaparecer el cuerpo en un pozo de agua dulce que había por las inmediaciones, junto con alguna de sus pertenencias. Tras unos días, regresó al lugar donde había depositado el cuerpo y aseguró el mismo, lastrándolo con bloques de construcción y cables, para después tapar la boca del pozo y garantizarse que no fuese encontrado.
As we can read in the attached link, the presumed author, once the life of the only person who knew what had happened in that dark basement of the industrial ship of Asados was taken, had to make disappear the trace of the allegedly committed acts. The forensic conscience of the same one, we do not know if by his ample judicial experience as the sexual predator that is considered by the Corps and Forces of Security or by the enormous entry of data to which we are submitted in the era of Internet 3.0, in which almost anyone can accede to know important data on protocols of investigation; it made that it was considered to make disappear the body in a well of fresh water that was for the environs, along with some of his belongings. After a few days, he returned to the place where he had deposited the body and secured it, ballasting it with building blocks and cables, to then cover the mouth of the well and ensure that it was not found.
Afortunadamente, todo el relato de los hechos fue confesado por el propio investigado a la Guardia Civil. Lo cierto, es que aquellas pruebas forenses que pudiesen encontrarse en el cuerpo de la víctima, pierden mucho valor o directamente no son encontradas, tras 48 horas del presunto hecho.
Fortunately, the entire account of the events was confessed by the investigator himself to the Guardia Civil. The truth is that forensic evidence that could be found in the victim’s body loses a lot of value or is not directly found, after 48 hours of the alleged fact.
Posiblemente, el presunto autor, sabía este particular.

Les presentamos en relación al inicio del juicio de este caso, un estudio realizado por Kylie Reale y Eric Beauregard de la Universidad Simon Fraser, Campus Burnaby en British Columbia en Canadá, titulado Body Recovery After the “First 48”: Implications for Sexual Homicide Investigations, en el que se plantean estudiar la relación entre el tiempo que se tarda en encontrar un cuerpo en relación a un homicidio de índole sexual (sobre todo en las primeras 48 horas críticas), y las características de los presuntos autores, de la víctima, la escena del crimen y el sitio donde finalmente es encontrado el cuerpo. El estudio concluye, que determinado tipo de delincuentes, entorpecen deliberada y eficientemente el hallazgo del cuerpo y por tanto de pruebas, gracias a esa conciencia forense que comentábamos anteriormente.
At the beginning of the judgment of this case, we present a study carried out by Kylie Reale and Eric Beauregard of Simon Fraser University, Burnaby Campus in British Columbia in Canada, entitled Body Recovery After the «First 48»: Implications for Sexual Homicide Investigations, in which we study the relationship between the time it takes to find a body in relation to a homicide of a sexual nature (especially in the first 48 critical hours), and the characteristics of the alleged perpetrators, the victim, the crime scene and the place where the body is finally found, the victim, the scene of the crime and the place where the body is finally found. The study concludes that certain types of criminals deliberately and efficiently hinder the discovery of the body and therefore of evidence, thanks to that forensic conscience that we commented previously.
Las cuatro hipótesis de trabajo planteadas para explicar la tardanza en encontrar los cuerpos mas allá de las 48 horas son, aprendizaje por presencia de condenas previas por parte de los autores, víctimas marginales, abandono de los cuerpos en determinados lugares, sobre todo de exterior y por ultimo, homicidas con conciencia forense que a sabiendas de los métodos de investigación, los entorpecen para evitar el hallazgo de pruebas validas que los incriminen.
The four working hypotheses proposed to explain the delay in finding bodies beyond 48 hours are: learning due to the presence of previous convictions on the part of the perpetrators, marginal victims, abandonment of the bodies in certain places, especially outside, and finally, homicides with forensic conscience who, knowing the methods of investigation, hinder them from finding valid evidence that incriminates them.
Este último caso, el del conocimiento previo de los métodos de investigación, así como la sinergia con casos previamente planificados, hacía que se tardase mas tiempo en encontrar los cadáveres.
This last case, the previous knowledge of the investigation methods, as well as the synergy with previously planned cases, made it take longer to find the corpses.
There is no doubt that with this study, which in reality relates knowledge isolated by the investigators, making its combination provide more data than the simple sum of the separate data; it is faster to find the bodies missing after a sexual homicide based on possible predictive patterns where the bodies may be hidden behind the homicide.

Es indudable que con este estudio, que en realidad pone en relación conocimientos aislados por los investigadores, haciendo que su combinación aporte mas datos que la simple suma de los datos por separado; se consiga con mayor celeridad encontrar los cuerpos desaparecidos tras un homicidio sexual en base a unos posibles patrones predictivos sobre donde puedan estar escondidos los cadáveres tras el hecho homicida.
